STAR Building Management Services was established in 1992. The vision was to develop an organisation that effectively met the growing need for quality asset management by partnering closely with clients, owners, bodies corporate and first class consultants and tradesmen to ensure excellence in long-term asset protection and enhancement.

The company flourished and now boasts a substantial number of sites under management in both Queensland and New South Wales. While historically most of the managed sites in our portfolio are strata titled, we now have a growing number of privately owned buildings, which gives us a vast experience in dealing with issues that are both unique to those governed by the Body Corporate and Community Management Act as well as outside this sphere.
