An independent Schedule of Condition report of a property is a requisite prior to any works being undertaken on an adjoining property. Adjoining work can include building a new development, alterations to an existing property, road works, underground tunnelling or demolition.
A Schedule of Condition details the existing condition of a building, any damage which has already occurred as well as areas likely to give problems in the future with photographic recordings.
